Delete your DailyCumulus account

You can ask us to delete your account and its data even if you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in.

If you can use the app

Sign in, then go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. This is the fastest way.

If you can't use the app — email us

Send us an email that includes:

• the email address you signed up with
• how you signed in (Google, Naver, Kakao, or Apple)

To protect your account, we only act on requests sent from the email address you signed up with. If you write from a different address, we'll send a confirmation email to your sign-up address. Once confirmed, we'll process your request within 10 days (usually within 5 business days) and email you when it's done. If you ask by email, we'll permanently delete your account right away. There's no 30-day recovery window.

What gets deleted

• When you delete your account, you're signed out right away. Your name, email, and profile photo are removed from view immediately, and that account's entries and photos are deleted from the device you were using.
• If you sign back in with the same account within 30 days, the deletion is canceled and your backed-up entries come back. Entries that were only on your device (not backed up with Premium) can't be recovered.
• After 30 days, your account information (email, name, sign-in connection), the mood entries, photos, and profile photo stored on our servers, and your settings are permanently deleted. This can't be undone.
• If you signed in with Apple, we also ask Apple to revoke the sign-in connection.
• Payment and transaction records are disconnected from your account and kept separately for 5 years, as required by Korean e-commerce law, then deleted. If you sign up again with the same App Store or Google Play account, you can get valid purchases such as lifetime access back with Restore purchase.
• Deleting your account doesn't cancel your subscription. If you're subscribed, cancel it in the App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Payments & subscriptions).
• Entries you made without signing in are only on your device, not on our servers. They're removed when you delete the app.
